Summary: this is a terrific looking, unused fillet knife made by Jimmy Lile. It's an early one with the rare shorter (less than 9") blade length, script signed "Hand Made by James B. Lile". This knife has a single brass hilt and fingered stag handle, overall length is 12". The fingered stag is quite pretty, fits my medium-sized right hand like a glove.

Condition: unused and excellent+++ or better, you'll find light wipe marks on the hilt and one very small scuff at the edge near the guard on the back side of the blade. The knife has been in my collection for quite some time, it's been stored out of the sheath since I bought it.

The early sheath is original to the knife, fit is perfect. Light scuffs and a few spots here and there, past verdigris residue around the snap. No major flaws... overall excellent condition.

9 photos for review – as shown, a new black canvas case is included. This is a very hard model to find in this blade length, harder still to find one script signed in this condition. It's a great knife and you'll never need to upgrade – the price is firm and I'd rather stick it in a tree than sell it for less. Thanks and good luck.
