Summary: this is an original Buffaloe sheath made for Jimmy's First Blood knife. It doesn't look like the sheath has been on a belt -- excellent condition with nothing more than light scuffs front and back and knife storage marks at the throat and on the keeper strap. As shown, a new 550 paracord survival bracelet is included.
