Summary: previously owned but unused Bird & Trout knife made by Master Smith Doug Noren. This knife has a 4-3/4” blade (steel type unknown), bronze guard, long / traditional spacer stack and pinned crown stag butt. The blade is hand rubbed and spotless, this knife appears to have been tucked away since original purchase.

The sheath is a little piece of art all it’s own. Basket weave tooling on the front, edges wrapped. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that a lot of time went in to the making of this sheath. Makers stamp on the back with a Kris stamp on the front, I assume Mr. Noren makes his own sheaths but I don’t know that for a fact. Either way, the leather is beautiful and in excellent condition with nothing but light handling marks on the back.
