Summary: a drop dead gorgeous drop point hunter and original sheath made by the late Herman Schneider. Mr. Schneider passed away earlier this year, his craftsmanship and quality are / were second to none.

This knife has a 2-3/4” mirror polished blade and beautifully matching stag scales held in place by two piece Loveless style pins. Made from 3/16” stock with a tapering tang and red tang liners, the knife is in near mint condition with nothing but very light verdigris on the pins.

The leather belt / pouch sheath is original to the knife and bears the same serial #482 stamping. The makers name also stamped on the back, the sheath is in excellent+++ condition with nothing but light handling / storage marks.

8 photos for review that do the knife no justice, this one’s way more pretty in person. As shown, a Bill’s carry case is included. Do yourself a favor and add this custom Schneider to your collection, it should appreciate well over time as a collection / investment piece. Thanks and good luck.
