Summary: a kick ass little numbered skinner made by Jim Hammond. Serial #9, I can’t imagine too many of these were made. The knife has not been used, original edge with nothing but oxidation on the nickel silver bolsters. I’m not sure of the wood type, probably ironwood.
The knife comes with the original custom pouch sheath with belt clip. The sheath is in excellent condition, a few spots and handling marks here and there, oxidation on the belt clip. Overall, and 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
5 photos for review – as shown, a new black canvas carry case is included. This is a functional field knife that’s easy to carry, if it were me I’d be buying it as an investment and tucking it away. Check it out... thanks and good luck.
