Summary: this is a vintage 1980's Robert Parrish knife in original / near mint condition. Serial #785504, this knife was made in July of 1985. The photos are spot on and accurate, I've owned about 6 of these knives in as many years and this one is probably the nicest of the bunch. Robert Parrish hollow handle knives are almost impossible to find in this condition, even more so paired with the original riveted stone pouch sheath. (except for the one recently on eBay, and the seller wants nearly 2k) This knife and sheath are about as close to new as I've seen, and I see more than my fair share of vintage knives.

10 photos for review – as shown, a new 17" black suede carry case is included. Parrish produced one of the best hollow handled survival knives to ever hit the market – made back in the mid 1980's when the First Blood / Rambo craze was in full swing. If you've owned one of these, you know what I'm talking about. If this is your first look, do yourself a favor and tuck this one away in to your collection. Great for investment purposes, a little piece of survival knife history. Thanks and good luck.
