Summary: this is a very nice five spacer Randall model 11 "Alaskan Skinner" and Johnson roughback sheath. The knife is in excellent condition, the 4.5" tool steel blade is razor sharp and notched on top for thumb placement. There are a few carbon spots and light insertion marks on both sides, the original owner's name on the back side flat. (Doug Long) The squared brass hilt has marks on it from prolonged sheath storage, yet the throat of the sheath is clean as a whistle. What's that mean? Best guess: the sheath was flip flopped / upgraded at some point in the past. Moving on to the handle: the polished stag is fantastic, perfect without any checks or cracks.

The Johnson sheath is a beauty but probably not original to the knife. That said, the knife / sheath and keeper strap fit is perfect... at this price do you really even give a shit? The sheath has smooth button (baby dot) snaps, the back correctly marked 11 45 below the Randall trademark. You'll find a couple of small handling marks if you look hard, all said and done the sheath looks new.

8 photos for review – as shown, an embroidered Randall Made Knives carry case is included. Overall condition on a scale of 1 to 10: the knife is an easy 8 and the sheath a 9.5. This is a sweet package in super condition – several decades old and still waiting to be used. A very nice acquisition for most any Randall collector, great as a user and priced to sell. Thanks and good luck.
