Summary: this is an older Randall #13-12 Arkansas Toothpick and original Johnson roughback sheath. The knife exhibits NO use, blade with original edges. The blade finish is original, the knife has not been buffed up or messed with. There are a few light carbon spots on the blade, quite small / minor and only visible if you turn the blade under direct light. The lugged guard has a few spots / marks from past handling / sheath storage, light patina / tarnish on the brass hardware that could be cleaned up if so desired. The Westinghouse micarta handle is in excellent condition without cracks, scratches, etc. Overall, I'd say the knife is an easy 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.

The Johnson roughback sheath is original to the knife and is in excellent+++ condition. No carry wear but you'll certainly find a few handling marks, nothing I'd consider major or an eyesore. Darkness on the upper belt loop, the roughback portion of the sheath looks nearly new. One small area on the front near the toe that was touched up in the past, not a big deal but worth mentioning. An unused plain salmon sharpening stone in the front pouch.

7 photos for review -- as shown, an older black Randall Knives carry case is included. Shop cost for a new long-bladed Toothpick with all these options and a custom handle is close to my asking, and the handle wouldn't be the older and desirable Westinghouse micarta. All said, this is a great deal on a stellar looking sticker in super nice shape.

This would be the perfect knife for the budget conscious collector – you're basically buying a vintage and custom Arkansas Toothpick at current production cost. Perfect for display -- thanks and good luck.
