Randall Fireman's Knife / Non Catalog
4" Stainless Steel Blade of 1/4" Stock
(notched on top for thumb placement)
Squared Brass Hilt
Fingered Black Micarta Handle
Brown High Ride Sheath by Johnson
Randall Made Knives Carry Case

Summary: a beautiful early "Fireman's Knife" with squared brass hilt and fingered black micarta with lanyard. Original edge, no signs of use. The 4" stainless blade is notched on top for thumb placement, the knife is in excellent+++ or better condition with just a few light wipe marks on the brass hilt.

The knife is paired with the original (and early) Johnson high ride sheath which is also in excellent+++ condition. Randall stamp on the back belt loop, I doubt the sheath has ever been on a belt. A few light scuffs and a bit of darkness on the keeper strap and at the throat... all quite minor.

6 photos for review -- as shown, an embroidered Randall Knives carry case is included. These non-catalog Fireman knives are built like tanks and virtually indestructible -- hands down the best model in the line up for heavy field use. They call it a "Fireman's Knife" with good reason – they're extremely durable, not to mention quite comfortable in hand. This is an early example.... perfect for collection purposes. Thanks and good luck.
