Summary: this is a mid-length (6-3/8" blade) survival knife made from the first run of 25th Anniversary knives by Vaughn Neeley. Vaughn is the founding father of Timberline Knives -- these Survival knives (SE's) are everything you could ever want or need in a survival situation. The upper edge at the tip has very small teeth ideal for making kindling -- the double guard is drilled for lanyard attachments. (for spear fabrication) The handle is hollow and wrapped with brown cord -- you'll find a survival kit (as shown) stored in the handle. The removable butt cap has a polished underside perfect for signaling. The sheath is handmade by Vaughn -- there is a fixed sharpening stone under the back flap. This is the best of the best... satisfaction guaranteed.

12 photos of the #002 available for review (002 has sold) -- this Neeley 047SE w/ survival kit is brand new and in mint condition. As shown, a new green canvas carry case included for storage. Thanks and good luck.
