Description

Summary: a fantastic looking large skinner with Ruana-style blade grind made by Jim Behring. Looks to be a bit of a “Woodcraft” grind although I can clearly see the early Ruana skinner blade shape influence.

The hammer-marked blade is right at 5-3/4” and forged from 1/4” stock. Jim fitted the knife with a brass guard and fitted brass butt plate, bookends to a super nice piece of Sambar stag. It’s a beautiful piece, brand new and in mint condition.

The riveted belt sheath with thigh lanyard toe tab was made right there in the Treeman shop. The knife / sheath fit is perfect, condition is mint.

7 photos for review – as shown, a new carry case and Treeman Knives sticker both included. What you see is what you get with this one: one bad ass, razor sharp knife for all your medium to large hunting / skinning needs. Check it out... one of a kind package in flawless condition. Thanks and good luck.
