Summary: unused and very lightly / carefully sharpened main edge, a terrific example of a long-bladed Sly II. The bead blasted blade finish is in excellent shape, high probability that this is D2 steel. There are a few very light rubs on the blade, all quite minor and stated more for accuracy than anything else. The dark green cord wrap is flawless, one scratch on the knurled butt cap with original functioning complass. All said and done, probably a 9 or so on a scale of 1 to 10.

The Johnson sheath is in excellent or better condition with a few scuffs / spots / storage marks here and there, all typical for a sheath this age. Very little in the way of knife storage marks, Johnson and 9 stamps on the back. The EZ Lap sharpener had some tarnish / verdigris on it but cleaned up nicely.

10 photos for review -- as shown, a new black canvas carry case is included. To summarize: this is an exceptionally nice long-bladed Sly II that has never been used, one that has obviously been tucked away most all it's life. A great knife to buy if you’re after one to tuck away for collection / investment purposes, it's never been messed with and is all original. Thanks and good luck.
