Description

Summary: this is a 1980's Timberline SH Survival Hunter, serial #092 . These Survival Hunters are everything you could ever want or need in a survival situation, the handle slabs are held in place with screws and you'll find survival items stored on the underside of each micarta slab. The handle tool is stored on the original Timberline stamped sheath next to the sparking flint -- someone with reasonable survival skills can have a fire burning in short order.

This knife is in excellent unused condition, blade is perfect with original edge. You'll find a couple of light scratches on the screws, very light and only mentioned for accuracy. The hollowed out micarta slabs look great with a few light handling marks, all the original survival gear still intact.

The original Timberline sheath is in excellent condition, the handle access tool and flint are still with the sheath. Some signs of handling in the way of scuffs and a couple of spots, no big deal. Stitching is tight with no signs of fraying, overall condition is an easy 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.

5 photos for review – as shown, a new black canvas carry case is included. These are compact, functional knives -- perfect for everyday carry, camping, backpacking, etc. A great price on a 35+ year old unused Timberline SH -- thanks and good luck.
