Summary: this is a hammer-marked "Alaskan Skinner" made by Jim Behring. This knife has a 5-3/4" hammer marked blade, silver soldered brass guard, short spacer stack and drop dead gorgeous amber / red stag handle. A fitted brass butt plate completes the knife. This is a big, beefy Alaskan made from ¼” stock, overall length is a full 11". This knife is brand spanking new from the maker, mint condition.
