Summary: super hard to find, this is a Mad Dog Panther Training Knife with aluminum blade and standard black handle. Made from 5/16” stock, blade is 9-3/4” with an overall length of 14-3/4”. This is only the 2nd “trainer” I’ve had in any model, it’s a very unique piece perfect for the collector who actually carries his MD Panther for personal use / protection. The blade has the “Mad Dog” signature, you’ll find insertion scratches on both sides which should be no big deal. No sharpened edges on this knife at all, very safe to practice with.

This trainer is paired with a MD shop issue Dundee sheath in near mint condition with just a few small scuffs.
