Note: this was made by David Beck who designed and built the knife used in "The Hunted". Dave makes awesome survival knives, he designed & crafted the knife used in the 2003 Paramount Pictures film starring Benicio Del Toro and Tommy Lee Jones.

From the maker: The model "GT" was the early reference to the model "G" that was made with a 3/16" thick blade

Summary: this is an unused Dave Beck Model GT TRACKER / WSK Wilderness Survival knife. This is Dave's long-bladed Tracker pattern, the selectively hardened and tempered blade was hand crafted from high carbon tool steel. Stamped / numbered by the maker, overall mint condition with the hand sanded satin finish.

MODEL GT TRACKER: 3/16"" x 7-1/2" blade, 12-3/8" Overall Length

This knife has a tapering tang, black linen micarta grips secured with 2-piece Loveless bolts, and brass lined lanyard hole.

The knife is paired to the original Beck-made friction-fit black leather belt sheath It can also be worn in the horizontal carry position (behind the back), the sheath is extremely well made and in excellent+++ condition with just a few very light handling marks. As noted above, it has the optional Scout loops and shoulder strap.

7 photos for review – as shown, a new black canvas carry case is included. This is an original, unused WSK ready for field / survival use, perfect for the adventurer who wants an original Beck WSK on his hip or over his shoulder. A great model – very few of these “GT” stamped knives were made prior to Dave switching to the now standard “G” model stamping.

Thanks and good luck.
