This is a model SB short-blade survival knife special ordered directly from Vaughn Neeley by the original owner who has consigned the knife for sale. He wanted one without a serial number or makers stamp as he prefers the sterile / “cleaner” look, has had the knife for years and years. These SB Survival knives are the perfect size for carry, and everything you could ever want or need in a survival situation. The upper edge at the tip has very small roughing sawteeth ideal for making tinder (see photo 3) -- the double guard is drilled for lanyard attachments. (for spear fabrication) The handle is hollow and wrapped with dark green cord that can be removed if and when needed -- you'll find a survival kit (as shown in photos) stored in the handle. The removable butt cap has a polished underside perfect for signaling.

The sheath is handmade by Vaughn -- there is a fixed sharpening stone under the back flap. Nothing is overlooked
