Description

Summary: a Michigan Hunter made by Jim Behring. This knife has a 4-5/8” hand forged 1095 blade, brass guard, long spacer stack and a pinned stag butt cap. Jim finished the knife with a thick brass butt plate, all said and done a very traditional Scagel-style look. Overall length is a hair under 9-1/4”, mint condition.

The knife comes with the original handmade riveted leather belt sheath made right in the Treeman shop. The sheath made for this specific knife so rest assured that the knife / sheath fit is perfect. Mint condition.

6 photos for review – as shown, a new black canvas carry case is included. Jim had a shorter-bladed Michigan Hunter with similar build for sale recently for $385, it sold within minutes. This knife with 4-5/8” blade has a better look. (my opinion!) Also listing a second Michigan Hunter shortly, if this one doesn't tickle your fancy check my other listings. Thanks and good luck.
