Description

Summary: this is a William Scagel replica camp knife made by Jim Behring. One of 9 he’s made, this one serial #08 and made last month. The original Scagel camp knife can be seen on Page 139 in the Scagel book, Jim pretty much nailed the blade grind and even finished it off with custom etching and serial number. Jim’s rendition has a longer handle, I’d imagine much more functional that the original knife. I can’t even begin to tell you how much work goes in to a knife like this, everything is hand made and hand finished. Even the custom riveted sheath is custom made right there in the Treeman shop.

Both the knife and sheath were made about a month ago, both in mint condition.

9 photos for review – as shown, a new black canvas carry case and Treeman Knives sticker both included. I also own the serial #09 knife, it’ll be listed after this one sells. Check it out... it’s a steal at $750. Thanks and good luck.
