Hollow Handles & Aluminum Butt Caps

Gorgeous and beyond rare... this is a matching pair of pinched tube fighters. The stiletto has a 7" blade -- the fighter has a 6-3/4" blade. The grind lines on both knives are course and absolutely gorgeous -- both blades have the "Hand Made by James B. Lile" script signature. Lile Stiletto
    Theater Knife -- 1960's
    Vietnam Era

    Contact

This is a one of a kind Vietnam Era Lile Theater knife. The knife has a 7" double edged blade, double brass hilt, commando shaped handle and brass butt cap. The handle is comprised of leather and aluminum washers -- totally cool and very much like the old pieces carried in WWII and Vietnam. The blade has a very unique "Made by James B. Lile" script signature -- this is the first blade I've seen with this particular engraving. Note the serial number -- this is one of Jimmy's very early pieces.

This is another Vietnam Era Lile Theater knife. This unique stiletto has a 8" blade, double brass hilt, and 5" pinned aluminum handle. The blade is script signed "Hand Made by James B. Lile". A thin, theater-style sheath accompanies the knife -- this is a very cool combination and very likely one of a kind.
